Design and execute an events based marketing campaign, driving towards workshop attendance and generating applications for Oxford Brookes University's funding and startup initiatives.
The Brookes Enterprise Support team also asked us to design and deliver a series of workshops over two terms.
We designed an optimised marketing campaign, utilising key Brookes channels, analytics and events tech to drive applications. The attendance at our workshops saw a significant year-on-year increase from the previous term’s activity, with one of our sessions 200% over-subscribed (we ended up booking a much bigger room…).
We also designed and delivered a series of workshops on: Design thinking & ideas generation, Market research, Storytelling in business, Building a founding team, Sales for startups and Marketing for startups.
We helped the team at Oxford Brookes to exceed their set KPIs for the programme, and along the way engaged with lots of bright young entrepreneurial minds. From electric cars through to health tech and disrupting the coffee cup industry, the students had some truly inspiring business ideas.
We delivered an effective marketing acquisition campaign, and produced several interactive fun workshops for the students. We were able to provide tailored startup advice and work closely with different departments at Oxford Brookes to ensure a dynamic and thorough approach to delivery.
